Annuleringsbeleid
Voor alle reserveringen is een borgsom van USD 250 vereist (geschreven naar de stad Frisco). De aanbetaling wordt niet toegepast op de huurkosten. Bij boeking is 50 procent van het huurbedrag verschuldigd. Bij annulering binnen 1 jaar na het evenement wordt de 50% verbeurd. De borg van $250 wordt terugbetaald als het evenement wordt geannuleerd. Zolang de faciliteiten en apparatuur onbeschadigd zijn en de gebouwen op tijd zijn ontruimd, wordt uw aanbetaling ongeveer 3 weken na uw evenement volledig terugbetaald.

Frisco Heritage Center bevindt zich op 6321 Page Street, Frisco, TX. Het Depot van het Heritage Center is helemaal nieuw gebouwd op basis van de historische blauwdrukken van het oorspronkelijke treindepot van de stad. Het depot bestaat uit zes kamers, inclusief de cateringvoorbereidingsruimte. De grote zaal is ongeveer 2000 vierkante meter groot en is geschikt voor dansen, teambanketten, elegante huwelijksrecepties of elk soort feest voor maximaal 130 personen.
