U bevindt zich onmiddellijk op de E40 richting Brussel/Brugge of op de E17 richting Kortrijk/Antwerpen, evenals de R4 richting Zelzate (haven van Gent). Er komen twee ingangen naar het hotel, een via de 'Ottergemsesteenweg', en de hoofdingang bevindt zich aan de 'Akkerhage', met een ondergrondse parkeergarage.
