We zullen samenwerken met onze toeleveringsketen om verantwoord in te kopen. We zullen onze hotelmedewerkers opleiden, betrekken en aanmoedigen op het gebied van milieu- en duurzaamheidskwesties en -praktijken, waarbij we ervoor zorgen dat onze impact veel verder reikt dan onze voetafdruk. We zullen een hoogwaardige cultuur handhaven waarin iedereen het gevoel heeft ergens bij te horen, die talent aantrekt, ontwikkelt en behoudt en een bekroonde plek blijft om te werken en te verblijven. We zullen een systeem hebben om ons succes te meten.

The finding has provided the foundation to the global DE&I statement and a UK regional action plan which is led by representatives of the leadership team and supported by an Infinity Group made up of representatives from across the business.
