Hotel Royal is een intiem driesterrenhotel dat precies in het centrum van Gliwice ligt, vlakbij de historische, pittoreske oude binnenstad. In de directe omgeving van het hotel vindt u banken, postkantoren, winkels, restaurants, sushibar, pubs, dienstverlenende bedrijven, een toeristisch en cultureel informatiecentrum, kantoren en nog veel meer. Het centraal station ligt op slechts 1 km afstand. U kunt een leuke avond doorbrengen in het restaurant van het hotel of in discoclub „Gwarek” en rockclub genaamd „Rock'a” - beide clubs bevinden zich op 200 meter van het hotel (voor hotelgasten is toegang tot deze clubs gratis). In het hele hotel kunt u via W-LAN verbinding maken met het internet en dit is gratis. Het hotel beschikt over een conferentieruimte die is uitgerust met de allernieuwste audiovisuele apparatuur, waaronder een geluidsversterkingssysteem en een multimediaprojector. Hierdoor is het mogelijk om in comfortabele omstandigheden zakelijke bijeenkomsten, kloosters, symposia, trainingen, presentaties enz. te organiseren. Bovendien is de kamer voorzien van draadloos internet.
