Hotel Labineca ligt aan het strand, op 250 meter van het centrum van Gradac. Het hotel bestaat uit een hoofdgebouw met 8 verdiepingen, verbonden met 2 liften, en een bijgebouw, gebouwd als Dalmatische villa's van maximaal 2 verdiepingen.
