Hotel Spa Cardamomo bevindt zich in Cirueches, 2, Carabias, Sigueenza, Guadalajara. Het kleine dorpje Carabias verschuilt zich ergens boven de eindeloze cultuurvlakte die Atienza van Sigüenza scheidt. Juist daar, omringd door de stilte en stenen die de tijd in beslag heeft genomen, bevindt zich Cardadomo, om de warme en vredige omgeving te creëren waar de reiziger naar op zoek is. Het hotel combineert texturen en lichten van het stille platteland met een sfeer van interieurs waar muziek, delicate zijde en fluwelen textiel de hoofdpersonages zijn. Buiten vinden we bijzondere ruimtes, zoals het romantische pleintje, de charmante tuin in de schaduw van een lommerrijke vijgenboom, evenals de onmiskenbare landelijke sfeer van een oude plek vanwaar men kan staren naar de immense akkervlakte die Don Quichot vier eeuwen geleden heeft betreden. Cardamomo combineert steen, tijd, kleuren, aanraking, ruimtes, retraite en avontuur. Eén setting die ook openstaat voor bedrijven die op zoek zijn naar een plek waar ze kunnen denken en creëren. Voor de eerste en voor de laatste vertegenwoordigt Cardamomo wat Marco Polo zei over echte of denkbeeldige plaatsen. Het hotel biedt comfortabele accommodaties.
