Wanneer een definitieve reservering volledig wordt geannuleerd binnen 7 dagen voor de aankomstdatum, is de klant verplicht Bastion Hotel Groep 100% van de annuleringswaarde en eventueel geboekte groepsdiner (s) te betalen.
