Het hotel beschikt over 7 conferentieruimtes, waaronder een gloednieuwe conferentie- en evenementenlocatie, The Oak Suite, een speciaal gebouwde, gloednieuwe locatie voor maximaal 300 personen. Met 137 gerenoveerde kamers zijn we de perfecte locatie voor een comfortabel verblijf. Het eigen brasserie-restaurant serveert gerechten bereid met lokaal geproduceerde producten. Er wordt ook een traditioneel Engels ontbijt aangeboden, evenals een verscheidenheid aan continentale opties. De Harry Potter-filmserie maakte van Leavesden meer dan tien jaar zijn thuis. Omdat de boeken nog steeds werden uitgebracht terwijl de films werden gemaakt, bewaarde de productieploeg veel van de iconische sets, rekwisieten en kostuums die speciaal voor de films waren gemaakt - voor het geval ze later in de serie ooit nodig zouden zijn.
Toen de opnames van Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2 in 2010 waren afgerond, had de productieploeg een schat aan duizenden ingewikkelde en prachtig gemaakte artefacten over, waarvan er vele niet bewaard zouden zijn gebleven bij een typische productie.
Het team achter Warner Bros. Studio Tour London - The Making of Harry Potter wilde deze iconische rekwisieten, kostuums en decors behouden en tentoonstellen, zodat Harry Potter-fans de magie van filmmaken uit de eerste hand konden ervaren. Veel van de originele cast en crew keerden terug om de sets weer in elkaar te zetten en hun filmherinneringen vast te leggen, en op 31 maart 2012 opende de Studio Tour zijn deuren.
De Studio Tour bevindt zich naast de nog werkende filmstudio's waar alle acht Harry Potter-films zijn gemaakt en biedt bezoekers de unieke kans om twee soundstages en een backlot vol originele sets, animatronische wezens en adembenemende speciale effecten te ontdekken.
