Venue capacity must not be exceeded; maximum occupancy is strictly based on the reserved number of participants. No unauthorized modification or movement of fixed facilities (e.g., stage equipment, audio-visual systems, furniture) is permitted without prior written approval from the hotel. Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking areas; open flames and flammable materials are strictly forbidden unless approved by the hotel’s safety department.
