Het KCOM Stadium ligt vlakbij het centrum van Hull, naast een Victoriaans park, met gemakkelijke toegang tot de A63 en M62. Het stadioncomplex is het eerste in het Verenigd Koninkrijk in een parkachtige omgeving. Het stadion beheert 34,2 hectare grond. Ontworpen door het Miller Partnership, op basis van de eerste conceptvoorstellen van Arup Associates, bestaat het stadion uit een ultramoderne arena voor toeschouwers voor alle zitplaatsen met een capaciteit van 25.586. We bieden ruimte voor speciale evenementen zoals vergaderingen, zakelijke evenementen enz.
