De Ranch biedt drie verschillende locaties voor evenementen. De eerste locatie is het paviljoen met 150 zitplaatsen in een semi-buitenomgeving en schilderachtige uitzichten. De tweede locatie is het James Marshall Manor House, een bed & breakfast met tien kamers en ideaal voor kleine bijeenkomsten voor 19 gasten met een dubbele bezetting. Het gazon van het Manor House wordt gebruikt voor informele recepties en elegante bruiloften. De derde locatie is Western Town, dat midden in het bos ligt en bereikbaar is via een hooiwagen. Western Town is een alternatieve locatie voor gasten die hun hielen op de hielen willen zetten en een stap terug in de tijd willen doen.
