The Seed is als gloednieuw activiteitencentrum aan Istanbul gedoneerd. Met zijn unieke locatie aan de Bosporus en de architecturale structuur levert The Seed diensten aan exclusieve merknamen, organisaties en particuliere klanten met zijn conferentie-, congres- en concertzaal voor 330 personen en kan het dinerservices verzorgen voor 800 personen en cocktailservices tot 1000 personen. The Seed, met de woordbetekenis van „kern”, is gestructureerd op een gebied van 1700 vierkante meter in het Sakip Sabanci Museum van de Sabanci University.
