Het grote gebouw met 18 verdiepingen omvat 216 kamers met airconditioning en een moderne inrichting, kamerhoge ramen, wolkachtige bedden, een 42-inch HDTV en gratis WiFi, een minibar, een bureau met ergonomische stoel en de mogelijkheid om koffie en thee te zetten. De suites verwennen gasten met panoramische stadsgezichten of een rustgevend uitzicht op zee, en beschikken over een aparte woon- en eetkamer, twee 42-inch HDTV's en twee badkamers, met een extra uitbreiding van de kitchenette in sommige upgrades. Geniet van internationale en lokale Turkse delicatessen in het eigen Turquaz Restaurant van het hotel en geniet van heerlijke afternoon tea in de elegante Lounge Café Bar met zitgelegenheid. Roomservice is 24 uur per dag beschikbaar. Gasten kunnen hun conditie op peil houden in de fitnessruimte en het binnenzwembad, en ontspannen in het spacentrum met traditionele Turkse behandelingen en massages, een authentieke Turkse hamam, sauna en stoombaden. Voor zakelijke doeleinden, bruiloften en sociale bijeenkomsten heeft het hotel een volledige speciale feestverdieping voorzien met flexibele vergaderruimte van 2.500 m² voor maximaal 700 gasten, waaronder een balzaal zonder pilaren met een moderne foyer, exclusieve ingang en twee openluchtterrassen. Bovendien biedt het Topkapi-terras op het dak een droomachtige feestruimte in de open lucht met een prachtig uitzicht op de Zee van Marmara en de Prinsesseneilanden. Een viplounge en een ultramodern zakencentrum komen tegemoet aan alle behoeften van de drukke zakenreiziger.
