Ulus 29 is geopend sinds december 1993 en is eigendom van en wordt beheerd door Metin Fadıllıoğlu. — een naam die synoniem staat voor het bieden van hoogwaardige service, ambiance en een verfijnde eetervaring aan lokale en internationale gastronomieliefhebbers. Ulus 29 ligt op een heuveltop in de chique wijk Ulus. Het eetgedeelte binnen heeft kamerhoge ramen die een adembenemend uitzicht bieden op de Bosporus en de twee bruggen die de Europese en Aziatische kusten met elkaar verbinden. Verder is het terras tijdens de zomermaanden geopend voor uw eetplezier. De inrichting van Ulus 29 is ontworpen door Zeynep Fadıllıoğlu, een internationaal geprezen interieurontwerper, en haar ZF Design-team. Ulus 29 is dagelijks geopend van 18.30 uur voor het diner en van maandag tot en met vrijdag van 12.00 tot 15.00 uur voor de lunch. De sfeer in de chique, maar gezellige Food Bar biedt een sfeer die levendig, dynamisch en jong is met muziek op de voorgrond. Naast het bestellen van het menu van het restaurant, kunnen klanten ervoor kiezen om onze smakelijke hapjes te proberen, vergezeld van verfrissende cocktails bereid door onze bekwame barmannen. Onze vaste dj's spelen elke avond een verscheidenheid aan muziek. Op het terrein bevindt zich ook Club 29: deze is elke vrijdag- en zaterdagavond geopend. Club 29 is „the place to be” en het is ook een plek waar je kunt kletsen met clubbers en beroemdheden uit Turkije en het buitenland. Chef-kok Mert Şeran en het volledige keukenpersoneel van Ulus 29 hebben een grote passie voor koken. Ze combineren klassieke kooktechnieken met onze eigen interpretaties en kennis van gastronomie om unieke en innovatieve gerechten te creëren. De wijnkaart werd met uiterste zorg en aandacht samengesteld en ontwikkeld door Stephane Vattepain, zeer ervaren sommelier. Naast het verwerven van enkele van de beste jaargangen van Turkse en internationale wijnproducenten, en werd ook de voortgang van de nieuwe generatie Turkse wijnproducenten nauwlettend gevolgd. Ulus 29 moedigt onze klanten aan om de wijnkelder te bezoeken om hun wijnselectie te maken, waarbij de wijnkelder een selectie bevat van ongeveer 4.500 flessen wijn van 320 lokale en internationale wijnproducenten.

A born showman, Kevin DelMastro brings a visual and musical spectacle to lounges, cocktail parties, weddings, romantic dates, and corporate events. Offering jazz, blues, Latin, funk, soul, dance, and instrumentals of pop and rock favorites, Kevin loves entertaining and starting the party with his big sax sound and professional backing tracks. He specializes in giving a unique experience to his clients by catering to their taste and style. If the event is mellow, he blends in with smooth background music. If the event is high-energy, he amps it up with high energy music, often dancing with guests as he plays. Engaging, personable, and dynamic, Kevin has officiated weddings and emceed events, bringing a unique blend of talent and personality. He has helped create the appeal of Full Strength Funk Band, as a founding member, and has played all over San Diego and Orange County with Liquid Blue, Wild Nights, Tom Benzon, Casanova Serenade and even with the Tito Puente band as a guest artist for a Latin jazz special. As a solo artist, Kevin was the featured entertainer at UC San Diego’s commencement ceremony in front of 7000 people, and has played The Aventine La Jolla, Mission Bay Yacht Club, The Thursday Club, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar, Bernardo Winery, University Club, Kona Kai Resort, Cafe 21, The Prado in Balboa Park, Tipsy Crow, Mesa College Art Gallery, Del Mar Fair,Liberty Station, and Coronado Landing. Kevin was a standout alto saxophonist in elementary and middle school, then switched to tenor sax as an adult. Inspired by BB King’s killer horn section, Kevin began honing his skills playing the blues. He still loves rock and pop music and enjoys covering crowd favorites on his sax, all while pushing the limits of audience engagement, building epic solos, and creating the ultimate show.
