Bistango biedt kunstzinnige Nieuw-Amerikaanse gerechten in het bekroonde Atrium-gebouw in Irvine, Californië. Bistango heeft een uitgebreide bar en een met Wine Spectator bekroonde wijnkaart met meer dan 400 soorten wijn.
