Ayasofya Konaklari ligt aan de Sogukcesme-straat tussen de grootste keizerlijke monumenten van de stad, de Hagia Sophia en het Topkapi-paleis. Een kunstwerk geplaatst op de beste locatie uit de geschiedenis. De negen hotelgebouwen bestaan uit een rij gastenverblijven met een ontvangstkantoor tussen de stortbak en de bibliotheek. Elk huis in deze straat, dat volledig is afgesloten voor verkeer, begroet de bezoeker met de naam parfum, zoals Jasmine House, Honeysuckle House, Rose Mansion, Cyclamen House, enz. De huizen bestaan uit vier of tien kamers, elk ingericht in een bepaalde kleur: de gele, blauwe of rode kamers. De interieurs zijn ingericht in de 19e-eeuwse Turkse stijl waarin traditionele smaak en westerse invloeden een perfecte balans hebben bereikt. De fauteuils met franjes met kwastjes, de fluwelen gordijnen, de beugels en spiegels bieden de bezoeker allemaal een warme, vriendelijke sfeer.
