Splendid Palas Hotel bevindt zich in Istanbul in Turkije. Een prachtig gebouw met zilverkleurige koepels en rode luiken, met uitzicht op de Marmara aan de ene kant en de stad Istanbul aan de andere kant. Hoewel het hotel tot op zekere hoogte geïnspireerd is door 'Art Nouveau', vertoont het hotel duidelijk een oost-west-synthese in architectonisch ontwerp met zijn lichte binnenplaats omringd door kamers en de pilaren op de verdiepingen rond de binnenplaats. Er zijn 70 kamers en 4 suites voor 134 gasten. Centrale verwarming is beschikbaar voor de meeste kamers, en ze zijn allemaal uitgerust met douche, toilet en telefoon. Een restaurant, dat binnen en buiten plaats biedt aan 90 personen, biedt gasten geselecteerde gerechten uit de Turkse en internationale keuken. Het hotel is een van de weinige hotels in Turkije die een speciale status heeft gekregen van het ministerie van Toerisme, omdat het een onvergetelijk historisch en cultureel erfgoed is. Er is een vergaderruimte voor seminars en conferenties.
