Four Points by Sheraton Izmir bevindt zich in het Mistral Tower-project. Het 4-sterrenhotel is ontworpen met 8.000 vierkante meter aan ruimte, met 110 kamers, vijf vergaderzalen, een restaurant en een bar. De ruime kamers bieden optimaal comfort dankzij de geavanceerde technologie en enorme terrassen. De extra grote terrassen geven gasten een uniek uitzicht op het golflandschap. Naast suites en standaardkamers zijn er ook speciale kamers gebouwd voor mensen met een handicap. Voor extra avonturen bevindt het hotel zich in een complex met een gastronomisch winkelcentrum, woningen en kantoren, waar gasten alles kunnen vinden wat ze nodig hebben. Voor degenen die buiten het hotel willen reizen, ligt het metrostation Sanayi op 5 minuten loopafstand.
