L'Auberge du Cheval Blanc is een oud postkantoor uit de achttiende eeuw, volledig gerenoveerd in 2008. Door de 26 kamers te vernieuwen koos het hotel resoluut voor een eigentijdse stijl, waarbij altijd rekening werd gehouden met het vleugje charme en romantiek dat we verwachten te vinden achter de muren van een authentieke „Auberge” uit de 18e eeuw. Het restaurant biedt 3 kamers met variabele capaciteit, elk met hun eigen persoonlijkheid, die een grote harmonieuze plek vormen waar tot 150 personen kunnen worden verwelkomd en verrukt.
