Het hotel „Villa Basileia” ligt aan de oever van de rivier de Tepla in een serene omgeving dicht bij de kuuroorden van Císarske Lazne en de wereldberoemde hotels Carlsbad Plaza en Grandhotel Pupp. We zullen blij zijn als het doel van uw bezoek aan Karlovy Vary ons hotel „Villa Basileia” is. Het familiehotel Villa Basileia is ontstaan uit de reconstructie van een zomerhuis dat vroeger toebehoorde aan de gravin von Schaumburg Lippe, die in de negentiende eeuw verliefd werd op Karlovy Vary. Ze liet haar villa bouwen in een nieuwe romaanse stijl, in de prachtige vallei van de rivier de Tepla, de toegangspoort tot het kuuroord van Karlovy Vary. Tijdens de reconstructie van de Villa Basileia tot een familiehotel zijn we erin geslaagd de oorspronkelijke indeling van het aristocratische herenhuis te behouden.
