Onze deuren zijn geopend in mei 1997 en we hebben het geluk gehad dat we het sindsdien druk hebben gehad! Ons doel is dat u als gast lekker eten in een prettige, maar eenvoudige omgeving zult waarderen, maar ook dat u zich thuis zult voelen en een geweldige tijd zult hebben! Met het Gota-kanaal, de pier, de boten en de hut van de brugwachter net buiten, is het voor Ida's Brygga gemakkelijk om aan de verwachtingen te voldoen. Binnenin zijn er kenmerken van een traditionele Zweedse vishandelaar met brede planken en veel houten details. De menukaart is modern en gevarieerd, ondanks de passie van de keuken voor het bereiden van visgerechten. Onze filosofie is om echt goede producten te gebruiken in onze keuken en waar mogelijk uit de omgeving. De redenen waarom we zoveel belang hechten aan onze producten zijn smaak, het milieu en goede kwaliteit.
