Alvie & Dalraddy zijn traditionele Highland Estates, 6,4 km ten zuiden van Aviemore, in de buurt van het dorp Kincraig in Badenoch, het geografische centrum van Schotland. De landgoederen strekken zich uit tot in de Monadhliath-heuvels vanaf de rivier de Spey, beroemd om zijn visserij en whisky, en kijken uit op het Cairngorm-gebergte in het Cairngorms National Park.
