Kos is een eiland van majestueuze schoonheid, gelegen in het centrum van de Dodekanesos-keten in de Egeïsche Zee. („Dodekanesos” betekent in het Grieks „" twaalf eilanden "”).” Kos ligt ten noordwesten van Rhodos en ten zuidoosten van continentaal Griekenland en is het derde grootste eiland van de Dodekanesos. Mitsis Ramira Beach Hotel ligt in het hart van dit eiland. Of het nu in het hoofdgebouw of in de weelderige tuinen is, alle 338 kamers zijn zorgvuldig ingericht en bieden al het comfort van een 5-sterrenresort.
