Hotel Horal bevindt zich in Kostelec. Het is gelegen in de hooglanden, in het district Jihlava, in het gezellige dorp Kostelec bij Jihlava. Het staat bekend om masokombinátu Kostelecké Uzeniny. Het hotel heeft een vlotte aankomst in twee hoofdrichtingen. Van Jihlava - dat op 10 km afstand ligt, en Telc, dat 20 km ten zuiden van Kostelce ligt.
