Annuleringsbeleid

Annulering van de gastenkamer - Individuele reserveringen moeten ten minste tweeënzeventig (72) uur van tevoren worden geannuleerd om kosten te vermijden. Bij annuleringen binnen tweeënzeventig (72) uur, inclusief vervroegd vertrek, worden kosten in rekening gebracht. Gegarandeerde reserveringen worden in rekening gebracht op de creditcard in ons bestand. De mogelijkheid om te annuleren wordt door de partijen overeengekomen als de uitoefening van een contractuele optie en niet als een standaard beschouwd. De betaling die verschuldigd is als gevolg van de annulering van dit kamerblok op grond van deze bepaling, dient door Group aan het Hotel te worden gedaan op het moment dat het contract wordt geannuleerd door middel van een schriftelijke kennisgeving.
