Het stadhuis van Carnwath wordt gebruikt door tal van gemeenschapsgroepen, samen met lokale functies en evenementen. De accommodatie bestaat uit een grote zaal met podium en balkon, twee grote vergaderzalen, keuken- en toiletfaciliteiten. De grote zaal is 145 vierkante meter groot en biedt plaats aan maximaal 266 personen die in concertstijl zitten, oplopend tot 326 als het balkon wordt gebruikt, en biedt plaats aan maximaal 200 personen voor een verzorgd evenement. De vergaderzalen zijn beide iets meer dan 40 m² groot en bieden plaats aan maximaal 40 personen. De keuken is geschikt voor kleine evenementen en kan door klanten worden gebruikt om hun eigen thee en koffie te leveren. Er is een kleine openbare parkeerplaats aan de voorkant van de hal.
