The Lodge, Carfraemill ligt op de kruising van de A68/A697 aan de poort van de Scottish Borders en slechts 35 km ten zuiden van Edinburgh. Carfraemill is uw thuis ver van huis en biedt uitstekend eten, veel comfort en de beste service van Schotland. Er zijn tien individueel ontworpen slaapkamers met onberispelijke en-suite badkamers die heerlijk, elegant en comfortabel zijn en de veeleisende reiziger het allerbeste van Borders gastvrijheid en een goede nachtrust bieden. We hebben zes tweepersoonskamers. Twee tweepersoonskamers met 2 aparte bedden en twee familiekamers die bestaan uit een tweepersoonskamer en een aangrenzende kamer met stapelbedden voor volwassenen. De Campbell Room biedt plaats aan maximaal 150 deelnemers in theaterstijl, maar is ook een ideale ruimte om te gebruiken voor trainingssessies waarbij een U-vorm, een directiekamer of een cabaretstijl vereist is. De partytent, die beschikbaar is van mei tot oktober en naast het hotel ligt, biedt plaats aan maximaal 300 personen. Het conservatorium is geschikt voor kleine vergaderingen, privélunches of -diners of als pauzeruimte voor grotere bijeenkomsten in de Campbell Room of Gallery.
