Over ons

Welkom bij Hôtel des Horlogers, een plek om contact te maken met de natuur, tijd vrij te maken voor jezelf en voor de dingen die er toe doen. Het hotel ligt in het hart van La Vallée de Joux, op slechts 50 minuten van de luchthaven van Genève en op 45 minuten van Lausanne. Het gebouw is ontworpen door de architectuurstudie Bjarke Ingles Group die een synergie wilde creëren tussen de natuur en het Hôtel des Horlogers. De 50 kamers en suites met uitzicht op het Risoud-bos voldoen aan de hoogste normen van ecologisch verantwoord toerisme en hebben een gastvrije en warme inrichting met grondstoffen uit de regio. De door chef-kok Emmanuel Renaut ondertekende catering - bekroond met 3 Michelin-sterren en genaamd „Meilleur Ouvrier de France” - is een uitnodiging om gerechten te proeven die zijn gemaakt met seizoensgebonden producten die zorgvuldig zijn geselecteerd bij de beste producenten van de regio. Of het nu in de ontspannen sfeer van La Brasserie le Gogant is, in de privéruimte van La Table des Horlogers of in de evenementenzalen met een adembenemend uitzicht op de vallei en het Risoud-bos, alles is gemaakt om een exclusief gastronomisch moment te beleven. Edelweiss, Rodhiolas en narcissen uit de Zwitserse Alpen zijn de belangrijkste ingrediënten van onze behandelingen die worden aangeboden in Le Spa by Alpeor. Horlogeliefhebbers, sportliefhebbers, natuur- of fijnproevers, alles is aanwezig om de zintuigen van onze klanten te prikkelen en hun verblijf in Hôtel des Horlogers uitzonderlijk te maken.
