Annuleringsbeleid

Na bevestiging van de optie moet de klant een aanbetaling doen van 40% van het bedrag Totale prijs. 6 maanden voor het evenement gaat de klant ermee akkoord 40% van het totale bedrag inclusief belasting te betalen. Het saldo dat overeenkomt met de resterende 20% wordt 15 dagen voor de aankomstgroep verzonden. In geval van niet-betaling van een van de bovengenoemde bedragen van meer dan 15 dagen na de betreffende vervaldatum moet het hotel mogelijk de uitvoering weigeren van de diensten, en beëindig het contract. De vergoedingen zoals gedefinieerd in artikel 6 hieronder zijn dan verschuldigd aan het hotel.
