Het Talbot Hotel is een verborgen juweeltje van een toevluchtsoord, gelegen in de buurt van Hereford in het centrum van Leominster, een schilderachtig marktstadje uit de 7e eeuw. Dit charmante koetshuis uit de 15e eeuw is een mooi voorbeeld van de zwart-witte vakwerkhuizen in de omgeving. De charme en het karakter komen van binnen even duidelijk naar voren, met eikenhouten balken die de sfeer bepalen voor een verblijf in de oude wereld! In het hart van de Marche kun je er echt even helemaal tussenuit. Het hotel ligt echter nog steeds binnen handbereik van alles wat Herefordshire, Shropshire en Midden-Wales te bieden hebben. Leominster, „The Town in the Marches”, ligt in het hart van het prachtige grenslandschap, waar Engeland en Wales elkaar heen en weer duwen langs Offa's Dyke. Leominster (spreek uit als 'Lemster') is een historische marktstad met ongeveer 11.000 inwoners in Herefordshire die dateert uit de 7e eeuw.
