Nr. 1 beschikt over 20 slaapkamers, heerlijk eten en wijn in Brasserie One, gelegen op de eerste verdieping met een geweldig uitzicht op het Georgiaanse straatbeeld. De holistische Irish Organic Spa, gehuisvest in de gewelfde kelder, is een echt toevluchtsoord in de stad en de ideale keuze voor een spa-vakantie in Limerick. Nr. 1 biedt een zeer kenmerkende stijlvolle en exclusieve sfeer voor allerlei soorten privé-entertainment. Privélunches, brunches, diners, wijnproeverijen, proeverijen, vergaderingen of bruiloften, we kunnen een speciaal plan maken voor alle privé-evenementen. Ideaal gelegen in de Georgian Quarter van Limerick, is de ingetogen elegantie van No. 1 een perfecte intieme trouwlocatie. Bruiloften worden privé verhuurd, zodat u en uw gasten exclusief gebruik kunnen maken van het huis. We bieden comfortabel plaats aan maximaal 85 personen in onze salon of brasserie. Ons privéterras/tuin is perfect voor zomerse recepties. We bieden plaats aan alle soorten zakelijke functies. De boardroom is de ideale locatie voor vergaderingen, strategie- en brainstormsessies, presentaties, trainingsseminars en productlanceringen.
