De prachtige ruïnes van Linlithgow Palace liggen in een park naast een loch. De meeste Stewart-koningen woonden in het paleis. Talrijke renovaties aan de grote gevels en kamers van het paleis werden uitgevoerd om elk het ideale moderne paleis te creëren.
