Het Terra Mare Hotel werd voor het eerst gebouwd en opende zijn deuren in 1989. Het werd gebouwd in een klein dorp waar mensen konden genieten van een meer ontspannen en rustige vakantie. Er zijn in totaal 12 gebouwen gelegen op een terrein van 2000 m². Terra Mare hotel ligt op 7 hectare grond en biedt zowel 64 bungalows als hotelkamers. Alle kamers van Terra Mare zijn gebouwd volgens de traditionele architectuur van het eiland Kefalonia en worden omgeven door kleurrijke tuinen vol bloemen en fruitbomen. Grote ontvangsthal met full-service bar en restaurant met gigantisch terras, dat plaats biedt aan 200 personen. Het is ook beschikbaar voor bruiloften en seminars.
