Lunga House is een mooi oud Schots landhuis, oorspronkelijk een 16e-eeuws torenhuis. Het huis is gebouwd met koepels en ligt op groene gazons te midden van een wirwar van bossen en biedt een prachtig uitzicht op de zee die zich uitstrekt van de Corryvreckan tot Loch Melford en de eilanden Jura, Scarba, Luing, Shuna en verder naar de bergen van Mull omvat. Het huis biedt de ideale setting voor een speciale gelegenheid, bruiloft of diner of een rustig toevluchtsoord waar u heerlijk kunt wandelen, vissen, paardrijden of gewoon kunt ontspannen en een boek kunt lezen in een van de vele mooie kamers of zelfs onder een boom in de betoverende tuin. Voor een speciale gelegenheid leent het huis zich voor diners bij kaarslicht, champagnerecepties met heerlijke canapés of gewoon lokale oesters, een buffet met heerlijke lokale zeevruchten en vleeswaren, een varkensgebraad aan het spit, een traditioneel Schots feest, of misschien een thema-gelegenheid, bijvoorbeeld Casino Royal, compleet met roulette en blackjack. Er is geen beperking om alleen het huis te gebruiken, we kunnen ervoor zorgen dat er een partytent wordt voorzien voor geschikte gelegenheden, die geschikt kan worden aangekleed voor de gelegenheid, bijvoorbeeld als balzaal, een Marokkaanse tent met tapijten en plaids of als een twinkelend bosthema met kerstverlichting, wilde bloemen en banken. Het uitgestrekte terrein is prachtig: Rondom het huis liggen prachtige tuinen en bosrijke gebieden die de meest perfecte achtergrond vormen voor elke ceremonie. Binnen ben je van harte welkom om je ceremonie te organiseren waar je maar wilt (op voorwaarde dat het praktisch is!) — in onze balzaal, ontbijtzaal of eetzaal.
