Annuleringsbeleid

Naast een ondertekend contract heeft de herberg een creditcard nodig (of een andere betaling voor de aanbetaling) om uw reservering vast te houden. De creditcard wordt in rekening gebracht door een aanbetaling van 50% van elke gereserveerde accommodatie. Houd er rekening mee dat als het evenement om welke reden dan ook binnen 45 dagen voor aankomst wordt geannuleerd, de aanbetaling wordt verbeurd op de eenheden die gereserveerd zijn voor een verblijf van één nacht. In het geval dat u eenheden voor meer dan één nacht reserveert, zal de herberg één overnachting per gereserveerde eenheid in rekening brengen, als we de accommodatie niet kunnen omboeken.

Wij zijn een Select Registry Inn en hebben drie verschillende soorten accommodatie voor uw groep en kunnen ongeveer 28 personen huisvesten in kamers, huisjes en hutten rondom het pand (en kunnen accommodatie in de buurt op locatie coördineren tegen onze eigen redelijke bedrijfstarieven voor meer als u dat wenst)! Met voornamelijk dubbele accommodatie, als uw groep echtgenoten wil meenemen, verdubbelt het aantal overnachtende gasten dat we kunnen ontvangen! Vergeet niet dat elke gast die overnacht op uw zakelijke of persoonlijke evenement elke ochtend geniet van een GRATIS uitgebreid ontbijt, en we zien af van de vergoeding voor onze vergaderruimtes als een minimumaantal gasten ervoor kiest om bij ons te overnachten.
