De Jumeirah Carlton Tower is in 2021 heropend na een allesomvattende renovatie als onderdeel van een spannend project om deze geliefde Londense bezienswaardigheid een nieuwe, moderne en frisse uitstraling te geven. De Jumeirah Carlton Tower, gelegen in het hart van Knightsbridge, een van de meest exclusieve wijken van Londen, en hoog boven de winkelbestemming Sloane Street van wereldklasse, is een baken van verfijning waar erfgoed en hedendaagse luxe samenkomen. Het hotel is opnieuw uitgevonden voor een nieuwe generatie veeleisende gasten met elegante, tijdloze interieurs aangevuld met de meest spectaculaire uitzichten over de stad. De 186 prachtig ingerichte kamers zijn allemaal gerenoveerd volgens de hoogste standaard met een klassieke en tijdloze inrichting, ontworpen om een gevoel van rust te bieden met de nadruk op licht en ruimte. De vergaderruimte op de 1e verdieping heeft een lichte en elegante balzaal met zitplaatsen voor maximaal 300 personen voor het diner, die kan worden bereikt via de speciale ingang aan de voorkant van het hotel of via de grote trap met dramatische trapsgewijze kroonluchter. Drie extra vergaderzalen in het Conservatorium worden overspoeld met daglicht en kijken uit op de lommerrijke Cadogan Gardens. Het toprestaurant van het hotel, 'Al Mare', biedt een verfijnde maar informele eetervaring in het hart van het bruisende en exclusieve Knightsbridge. Al Mare biedt een gezellige, gastronomische ervaring, neemt gasten mee op een reis tussen de Franse Rivièra en Noord-Italië en beschikt over een theaterkeuken, privé-eetzaal en dineren in de buitenlucht. De Peak Fitness Club & Spa bestaat uit een zwembad- en spacomplex op de 2e verdieping en een fitnessruimte op de 9e verdieping. Het zwembad van 20 meter beslaat een prachtige dubbelhoge glazen ruimte en baadt in natuurlijk licht en de spa biedt vijf elegante behandelkamers en een ontspanningsruimte, evenals een speciale spreekkamer.
