Fox Excel is gevestigd in een gerenoveerd tabakspakhuis en is een levendige Docklands-bar en -restaurant met twee verdiepingen, gelegen aan de hoofdweg tussen het conferentie- en expositiecentrum Excel en het nabijgelegen DLR-station. Het strakke interieur in industriële stijl heeft een warme grootstedelijke sfeer, populair bij de lokale bevolking en bezoekers van het gebied, met comfortabele zithoeken en een moderne inrichting. Het serveert overdag een klassiek ontbijt- en lunchmenu en's avonds een à-la-cartemenu met een heerlijke selectie internationale gerechten uit het ruime restaurant.
