Als u om welke reden dan ook het Evenement annuleert na ondertekening van het Evenementcontract door ons hiervan schriftelijk op de hoogte te stellen, hebben we het recht om een percentage van de verwachte prijs in te houden, afhankelijk van wanneer we uw annuleringsbericht hebben ontvangen, zoals hieronder beschreven: 91 dagen of meer voor het evenement - 25% van de verwachte prijs zoals vastgelegd in het evenementcontract (of zoals gewijzigd door een latere schriftelijke overeenkomst); 61-90 dagen voor het evenement - 50% van de verwachte prijs zoals vastgelegd in het evenementcontract (of zoals gewijzigd door een latere schriftelijke overeenkomst); 31-60 dagen voor het evenement - 75% van de verwachte prijs zoals vastgelegd in het evenementcontract (of zoals gewijzigd door een latere schriftelijke overeenkomst); en 0-30 dagen voor het evenement - 100% van de verwachte prijs zoals vastgelegd in het evenementcontract (of zoals gewijzigd door een latere schriftelijke overeenkomst).
