CCT Venues-Smithfield is gevestigd in een van de meest historische marktgebouwen van Londen, dicht bij zowel de City als de West End. Binnen vindt u lichte, moderne, goed uitgeruste faciliteiten. De kamers met airconditioning, allemaal met duidelijke zichtlijnen, zijn geschikt voor maximaal 200 personen en zijn ideaal voor een scala aan evenementen, waaronder vergaderingen, beoordelingscentra en conferenties. Het uitnodigende restaurant biedt plaats aan maximaal 150 personen. Voor ontspanning is er een rustig park tegenover de locatie, hoewel deze trendy wijk ook bekend staat om zijn drukke nachtleven. De accommodatie ligt op slechts een paar minuten lopen van metrostation Farringdon en zeer dicht bij de stations Barbican, St Paul's en City Thameslink. Er is ook een NCP-parkeerplaats tegenover.

Onze vergaderzalen bieden veel natuurlijk daglicht en zijn voorzien van meubilair, een dataprojector, een projectiescherm, een flipover, briefpapier voor afgevaardigden en gefilterd water uit flessen. Onbeperkt premium thee en verse, gezette koffie gedurende de dag uit 'Fresh bean, fresh milk' zelfbedieningsmachines, die een scala aan drankjes van topkwaliteit bieden (van espresso's tot lattes). Bij aankomst wordt een licht continentaal ontbijt geserveerd, inclusief ontbijtgranen, gebak, fruit en yoghurt. Een warm lunchbuffet met zitplaats, geserveerd in ons restaurant (bestaande uit vlees-, vis- en vegetarische opties, plus salades, brood en desserts).
