Annuleringsbeleid

In de ongelukkige omstandigheden is de datum van het evenement beëindigd of geannuleerd, dient de Klant The In & Out schriftelijk op de hoogte te stellen van een dergelijke annulering en zijn de volgende voorwaarden van toepassing: • Annulering tot 180 dagen voor de datum van het evenement — volledige terugbetaling van de zaalhuur. Niet restitueerbaar voor alle bruiloften • Tussen 179 dagen en 90 dagen voor de datum van het evenement - 50% restitutie van de zaalhuur. Niet restitueerbaar voor alle bruiloften • Minder dan 90 dagen voor de datum van het evenement — Alle aanbetalingen voor de zaalhuur worden ingehouden en de verwachte cateringuitgaven worden volledig gefactureerd. In het geval dat de betaalde aanbetalingen de door de leverancier gemaakte kosten niet dekken, wordt binnen 15 dagen na de factuurdatum een volgende factuur opgesteld die door de Klant moet worden betaald. In het geval dat de klant vooraf geen aanbetaling heeft gedaan, worden de annuleringskosten in rekening gebracht en betaald zoals hierboven weergegeven en binnen 5 werkdagen na de datum van de factuur. De leverancier behoudt zich het recht voor om het evenement om welke reden dan ook te annuleren. In dit geval betaalt de leverancier een volledige terugbetaling als er geen alternatieve datum beschikbaar is.
