Dit serene pand, gelegen in het hart van de oude stad, werd ooit bewoond door Guy Morillon, secretaris van Charles V. Tegenwoordig is het een echte oase van rust; buitengewoon mooi, het biedt een eersteklas hotelservice. Een monumentaal pand uit de 16e eeuw, in het Klooster zijn geen twee kamers hetzelfde.
