Warren Weir ligt verscholen in de landschapsparken van 1065 hectare aan Capability Brown in het Luton Hoo Hotel. De Lea Suite op de begane grond biedt de grootste conferentieruimtes van Warren Weir. Deze ruime kamer met open haard, aangrenzend terras en directe toegang vanuit de cateringfaciliteiten en keuken van Warren Weir biedt plaats aan maximaal 280 personen voor banketten, 340 voor een receptie en 388 zitplaatsen in theaterstijl. VRIJETIJDSVOORZIENINGEN Warren Weir beschikt over 84 prachtige kamers en suites met een indrukwekkend uitzicht over het meer, de stuw, de privétuinen of de rivier. De uitstekende recreatiefaciliteiten omvatten een horecalounge, een binnenzwembad met bubbelbad, een fitnessstudio met Technogym Wellness System en een snookerruimte, evenals volledige toegang tot de faciliteiten van het Luton Hoo Hotel, waaronder een spa, een golfbaan en een landgoed van 1000 hectare.
