Bent u op zoek naar flexibele, multifunctionele evenementenhallen, een ultramodern conferentiecentrum, een modern auditorium of kleinere vergader- en/of breakout-ruimtes? Elke ruimte in MECC Maastricht kan worden aangepast aan uw specifieke behoeften. Met flexibele indelingen is elke kamer perfect aangepast aan elk evenement. De locatie is ideaal voor het organiseren van conferenties, beurzen, evenementen en vergaderingen. De mogelijkheden zijn 'over de grenzen'. Vergaderzalen: Alle 55 gloednieuwe vergaderzalen zijn volledig uitgerust en bieden multifunctionele mogelijkheden voor effectieve vergaderingen. Onze kamers zijn flexibel in indeling en indeling en zijn geschikt voor zowel kleine als grote groepen. De locatie is gemakkelijk bereikbaar en biedt geweldige parkeermogelijkheden. Om effectieve vergaderingen mogelijk te maken, kunt u kiezen uit drie vergaderpakketten op basis van het aantal deelnemers. MECC Maastricht biedt vergaderfaciliteiten voor maximaal 12 personen, 13 tot 50 personen en 51 tot 450 personen. Eten en drinken: Het restaurant 'Bar Bistro SAAM' bevindt zich in het conferentiecentrum op het Forumplein, in het hart van de Brightlands Maastricht Health Campus. Het is een plek waar kennis kan worden gedeeld en waar sociale interactie tussen de verschillende instellingen en bedrijven in het gebied kan plaatsvinden. Daarnaast heeft SAAM twee prachtige ruimtes die geschikt zijn voor kleinere evenementen en vergaderingen. De evenementenruimte in het restaurant is ideaal voor informele bijeenkomsten zoals borrels en recepties, met de mogelijkheid om de ruimte uit te breiden met het buitenterras. De privé-eetruimte is perfect voor vergaderingen en diners voor maximaal 12 personen. MECC Maastricht werkt samen met een gespecialiseerde horecapartner. Dankzij deze samenwerking kan MECC organisatoren en bezoekers een breed scala aan hoogwaardige producten aanbieden, waaronder regionale specialiteiten en innovatieve voedingsconcepten met een brede selectie aan vegetarische en veganistische opties. Evenementen en feesten: Van intieme evenementen tot grote bijeenkomsten, MECC Maastricht biedt het allemaal. De locatie biedt verschillende flexibele ruimtes die geschikt zijn voor het organiseren van (gala) diners, personeelsfeesten, productpresentaties, recepties, eindejaarsfeesten en meer. Daarnaast biedt MECC Maastricht 55 breakout-/vergaderzalen en 10 verschillende soorten zalen voor het organiseren van evenementen, waaronder twee auditoria met een capaciteit van 1.700 personen, een multifunctionele expofoyer van 2.500 m2 en meer dan 30.000 m2 expositieruimte. Duurzaamheid: MECC Maastricht is houder van het Green Key Label Gold en voert een beleid voor maatschappelijk verantwoord ondernemen (MVO) dat economische, ecologische en sociale aspecten omvat. MECC heeft ook een MVO-verklaring ontwikkeld. Zakelijke beslissingen worden genomen met het oog op de belangen van de stad en de regio. Bereikbaarheid en parkeren: Als u met de auto reist, ziet u bij het naderen van Maastricht 'MECC' op de ANWB-borden staan, die u naar de parkeerterreinen van MECC Maastricht leiden. Vanuit Amsterdam-Eindhoven neemt u afrit 55 (Randwyck-MECC) en vanuit Parijs-Luik afrit 56 (Gronsveld-MECC). MECC Maastricht heeft 11 parkeerterreinen op loopafstand. De locatie biedt ook in totaal 13 laadstations voor gasten en bezoekers, gelegen op P4. Daarnaast zijn er verschillende openbare oplaadpunten rondom het gebouw. Als je met het openbaar vervoer reist, stopt er elke 5 minuten een bus voor de deur. Het treinstation Maastricht-Randwyck ligt op 250 meter van de accommodatie. In de Sint-Pietersberg, een heuvel aan de zuidkant van Maastricht, heeft de terugwinning van mergel als bouwmateriaal geresulteerd in een enorm labyrint van gangen. Zelfs vandaag de dag geven de muren en plafonds informatie over de manier waarop de 'block breakers' werkten. Op de muren zijn tal van interessante inscripties en tekeningen te vinden. Twee gangsystemen in de St. Pietersberg zijn toegankelijk voor bezoekers: Northern Corridor System en Zonneberg Corridor System
