Son Sant Andreu is een groot landhuis dat, vanwege zijn leeftijd, in hoge mate representatief is voor het landelijke Mallorcaanse leven van onze voorouders, waarbij vrede en rust worden gecombineerd met hun landbouw- en veeteelttaken die hier nog steeds worden uitgeoefend. Als extra activiteit vinden er nu andere soorten evenementen plaats in het pand, evenals agrotoerisme. De locatie is een speciale locatie voor het vieren van allerlei soorten evenementen. Naast het landschap, vol schoonheid en rust, zijn er drie ruimtes beschikbaar voor gebruik: de eerste is exterieur, bestaande uit een groot terras met een prachtig uitzicht met een capaciteit voor meer dan 400 personen en de extra mogelijkheid om een tent te huren. De tweede ruimte die beschikbaar is voor evenementen is de binnenzaal met centrale verwarming en zitplaatsen voor 200 gasten in het geval van ronde tafels, of 300 met rechthoekige tafels. De andere beschikbare ruimte is een traditionele kelder uit de 16e eeuw voor evenementen met minder capaciteit, aangezien er plaats is voor maximaal 70 gasten met ronde tafels of 120 met lange tafels. Het wordt gebruikt als een onafhankelijke feestzaal voor dansen en cocktails.
