Block House Malaga is het eerste Block House-restaurant buiten Duitsland dat in 1996 werd geopend in de Andalusische stad Malaga. Zakenman Jens-Peter Cohrs importeerde het concept naar Spanje en opende een Block House met 250 zitplaatsen in het winkelcentrum Larios in de stad.
