Hotel Es Molí is een 17e-eeuws landhuis, een typisch voorbeeld van de architectuur uit die periode. Het werd in 1965 omgebouwd tot een prachtig viersterrenhotel. Hoewel vaak gerenoveerd, is het nog steeds het toonbeeld van traditionele Mallorca-gastvrijheid. Het hotel is een ware oase van vrede en rust en biedt gasten een combinatie van activiteit en plezier met fantastische gastronomische, artistieke en culturele ervaringen in een weelderige natuurlijke omgeving. Het ligt tegenover het dorp Delia, genesteld op de terrasvormige hellingen van de top, Teix, en wordt omgeven door een indrukwekkend landschap en prachtige tuinen. Het restaurant Ca'n Quet ligt op een paar honderd meter afstand in het onderste deel van het pand en is alleen geopend voor speciale evenementen zoals bruiloften, familiefeesten, conferenties of zakelijke bijeenkomsten.
