The Margate hotel was recently awarded a Bronze Arrow Award by PMR Africa for being ranked in the Top 4 Executive Hotels on the coast. The Margate Hotel has become a landmark on the KZN South Coast. From the initial construction in 1932 until today, it has always held a prominant place in Margate. The Hotel has gone through updates and changes over the years and it is currently undergoing some renovations and upgrades of facilities. One of the most noticeable upgrades is that of the hotel dining room which is being transformed into an elegant venue to hold your functions of up to 250 guests. The guest rooms are also undergoing upgrades to keep up to date with the times and ensure that all modern conveniences are at your fingertips.
