Marseille is de perfecte bestemming voor stedentrips: zonnig, authentiek, artistiek, Culturele Hoofdstad van Europa in 2013, en met een buitengewone natuurlijke omgeving, op slechts 3 uur met de trein van Parijs. AC Hotel Marseille ligt vlak bij het Stade Vélodrome. Dit nieuwe 4-sterrenhotel wordt geopend in januari 2016. Het is de beste plek om te verblijven als u professionele of sociale evenementen bijwoont in het Chanot Convention Center of het Vélodrome-stadion, of voor een verblijf met het gezin, aangezien het strand op loopafstand ligt. Voor speciale evenementen kunt u een privévergaderruimte (12 personen) en de tuin gebruiken voor cocktails tot 150 personen of een aantal moderne kamers huren in het onlangs gerenoveerde stadion. Het restaurant Oh Massalia biedt samen met het terras plaats aan maximaal 100 gasten. Het hotel heeft een eigen parkeerplaats en speciale kamers en parkeerplaatsen voor gehandicapten.

In 1981, Julie founded Everything Done Right Catering, a high-end catering business. During that time, Julie developed a line of dressings and sauces sold to large retail store chains in Canada and Mexico. In 1989, Julie was a recipient of the 40 Under 40 award.
