Motel „Jumar” ligt vlakbij de weg nr. 3 (onderdeel van de Europese route E 65), bij de ingang van de stad Międzyrzecz, halverwege Swinoujscie naar Jelenia Gora. De stad is omgeven door bossen en meren. Deze plaats wordt vaak „West-Mazurië” genoemd. Motel biedt 28 comfortabele bedden in een- en tweepersoonskamers en een suite. Motel biedt een conferentie-banketzaal met airconditioning van 60 vierkante meter (50 personen). Het is ontworpen voor het organiseren van zakelijke bijeenkomsten en familiefeesten. Tijdens de pauzes kunnen koffie en maaltijden worden geserveerd. Comfortabel uitgeruste kamers voor kleinere vergaderingen tot 10 personen, interviews, onderhandelingen, het afleggen van examens.
