Hotel le Soleil is een charmant en traditioneel hotel dat dateert uit 1740, een voormalig koetshuis, dat zijn verleden heeft behouden door de prachtige stenen muren die u zult ontdekken wanneer u het hotel of aan de bar binnenstapt. Wanneer u de drempel van de grote houten deur oversteekt, ontdekt u een warme omgeving, aangename geuren die uit de keuken komen, zullen uw smaakpapillen wakker maken en uw eetlust al heel vroeg doen ontwaken. Een kwaliteitsrestaurant dat dagelijkse specialiteiten uit de regio aanbiedt (raclette-fondue tartiflette) en die van de chef (cassolette van rivierkreeftjes, tournedos met morieljes). Gelegen in het centrum van het dorp Mijoux, in het hart van het winter- en zomerresort Mont-jura, in het Haut Jura-massief. Hotel le Soleil biedt 31 comfortabele en onlangs gerenoveerde kamers, waaronder eenpersoonskamer, duo-, tweepersoons- of familiesuite. Alle kamers zijn uitgerust met tv, een badkamer of douche, directe telefoonlijn.
